Southwind 176 is a MULTI LEVEL townhome with a STANDARD rating, INTERNET ACCESS and SLEEPS FOURTEEN. The SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM has a FLAT SCREEN TV and GAS FIREPLACE (NOT AVAILABLE for use). The KITCHEN features GRANITE COUNTERS with a breakfast bar that seats four. The DINING ROOM seats five and the pub table can accommodate four. TWO bedrooms on the top level EACH offer QUEEN beds and TVs. The MASTER bedroom offers a KING bed, the second GAS FIREPLACE is AVAILABLE for use (November 15 to April 1)and a FLAT SCREEN TV. It also features a PRIVATE BATH that has a WALK-IN SHOWER and a GARDEN SPA TUB. The lower-level features TWO BEDROOMS that EACH have TWO sets of BUNK BEDS and TVs. This lower level also offers SEATING with a FLAT SCREEN TV, the third GAS FIREPLACE (AVAILABLE for use November 15 to April 1) and a POOL TABLE. There are TWO MORE FULL BATHS and ONE POWDER ROOM. The DECK offers a GAS GRILL and there is a TWO CAR GARAGE and parking for TWO ADDITIONAL CARS. Other vehicles MUST use OVERFLOW parking to avoid FINES. This unit is SKI IN/SKI OUT with ON TRAIL access (weather permitting).
The Southwind community is located at the highest point of the mountain at Seven Springs, and is the pinnacle of mountain living. Southwind is the newest and only gated community on the mountain, and features its own chairlift/trail system, which connects directly to the slopes/trails at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. (Weather permitting!) The homes range in size from 3-bedrooms to expansive 5-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer.
All townhome rentals offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes: utensils/cookware/flatware/dishes/glassware. (Also included: paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue.) Gas fireplace usage only. Woodburning fireplaces are not accessible for use.
In the summer months, you are able to enjoy the community outdoor pool and hot tub. In addition, all resort rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. There is a strict parking policy for vehicles at each home, but the community offers plenty of overflow parking nearby. Southwind offers shuttle service year-round to the main resort.
