Ski-in/out, 2 bedroom with private HOT TUB, BBQ and heated garage. This end unit features warm hardwood flooring, heated tile floors in the kitchen/bathroom and a cozy gas fireplace in the bright, open living area with southern exposure and views of Sun Peaks mountain.
The Orient and Morrisey chairlifts located beside the condo enable guests to ski-in/out to all three mountains in Canada's second largest ski area!
This home offers a ski locker at the entrance, a heated parking garage and in-house laundry. There is a covered deck with gas BBQ and private hot tub.
Our personalized arrival/departure booklet and ‘help videos’ make it extremely easy to find the condo, provide over 40 years of ‘locals’ info and ensures an enjoyable, stress free vacation.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and ensuite, while Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a double and single bed. Along with a TV in the living room, both bedrooms also have large TV’s for a total of three flatscreens. Complimentary wireless internet is also provided. We have toboggans/sleds for you to use on the nearby sledding hill which has lighting for evening fun with the family.
A short 10 min walk to the village provides opportunities for shopping, dining, and skating on the NHL sized skating rink. Along with skiing/snowboarding, there are many other activities such as snowshoeing, sledding, hiking, biking, canoeing, dog sledding, XC skiing, horse drawn sled rides, kayaking, paddle boarding and golfing to be found in this year round resort.
The condo is well situated within walking distance to village amenities and a vehicle is not necessary.
