It has 2 fully furnished bedrooms with bathrooms. The biggest one also has a double-size bed with a high-quality latex mattress. (1.50x2.00), and the secondary one has two beds, both with a latex mattress (0.90x1.90). The two bedrooms also have wardrobes, 100% cotton bedclothes and towels.
The house is placed in a classic building built in 1890, and has been renovated by our reforms and Interior design teams. All the rooms follow a modern style decoration, mainly done by combining black and white tones.
The living room, the main space in the house, is wide and comfortable. It is designed by a combination of both a living room and a dining room, and it also has a big size TV. The kitchen is fully equipped by high quality electrical household appliances.
Located right in the center of Salamanca district, Serrano Street is the main street of this neighborhood, and it is surrounded by lots of facilities: Just a few meters from prestigious shops like Cartier, Gucci, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Nicols jeweler's, and Manolo Blahnik among others, and also the famous shopping center "El Corte Inglés".
