Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The view was spectacular, and ac and the fridge was working nicely. Sheets and towels were clean. In the balcony there is an extra umbrella and folding chair which can be utilised at the beach.
Negative: There was dust in most of the places in the floor and the shower was moldy, toilet had a smell that did not go. There was no couch or armchair to sit. An unnecessary Jacuzzi was occupying a lot of space in the apartment andthe building itself was very dusty and unmaintained. In the balcony you don’t have much privacy with next-doors. The walk from the centrum via stairs is too steep and long also the road is similiar. Doesn’t give you a "Oh we picked a nice place" happiness when you enter. The host did not even respond to our messages while we were leaving although called multiple times to remind that there is a late checkin fee, even though we mentioned that we were driving and there is an approximate arrival time before the end of checkin hour.
Summary: if you have low standards and no health condition for climbing too many stairs, go for it
