This holiday rental has a 180 degrees ocean view and just a short stroll to the lagoon also it has a reef where the kids can swim and be safe and the dog beach . House is 3 bedroom with queen beds and built in robes. Kitchen is equipped with basic essentials.
Webber bbq provided and DVD collection provided too. House is situated on a high location where you can enjoy the view and relax .
Yanchep hotel and Yanchep national park less than 4km . Cervantes only and hours drive and the gorgeous Moore River is just a 30 minute drive away .
House has a pot belly fire for you to enjoy a glass of wine by the fire. The house is casual and relaxing. It's very reasonably priced without breaking the back and is a typical beach shack. BYO towels and wood.

Summary: Host was very good to deal with. The property has the most beautiful view of the ocean. It is close to the surf club and a great cafe for breakfast and lunch. The house itself is very run down, the blinds were just roll down which are fraying on the bottom and not block out. You could not get changed in the bedrooms with the light on as they were see-through. The bed linen was clean, and the bed was ok. The bathroom was as clean as could be, but the skirtings were very dirty, there was sand in the shower and ants everywhere. The couch was uncomfortable as the base seems to have seen better days; The kitchen is very old. The air conditioner is in the wall in the kitchen and takes a while to cool the rest of the house, there are only fans in the bedrooms. The garden is overgrown and not accessible. If you just want somewhere to sleep and are not too fussed with modern amenities, then this house will suffice
