ENHANCED CLEANING: With the Covid-19 growing and hotels getting stricter
with their cleaning requirements plus the mandatory of 4 days between guests in rooms, we want to be proactive before it becomes a law for Airbnb and VRBO. We are requiring the same 4 days between guests our home. Three days for any residual virus to fade and one day for the maid to clean. In addition, the maid is doing extra sanitizing on the most common touch points for better prevention.
We want you to know that your health and comfort is our priority.
This superbly located, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, private bungalow in a gated community just a few minutes walk to the pristine beach of Bejuco is only an hour and a half from San Jose and only 25 minutes from one of Costa Rica's most popular tourist destinations, Jaco. It is nestled in a lovely community only 30 minutes from Manuel Antonio Park in the other direction, one of the most spectacular natural experiences in Costa Rica.
In addition to the private pool there are two large community pools just a 3 minute walk down the street as well as a tennis court . In this house, we offer seclusion & privacy coupled with security in a modern vacation community. The three bedroom home with a private pool cradled in the patio from the living room is fully furnished and comes complete with everything you need to make your vacation experience economical, but is conveniently located to some of the most impressive tourist and natural wonders of Costa Rica. A 10 minute walk will get you to our isolated and safe beach, with miles of sand to explore. A 35 minute drive gets you to Jaco, one of Costa Rica's most popular tourist destinations full of activities, nightlife and restaurants. Staying a little closer, we have amazing restaurants in the communities surrounding us, such as Esterillos Oeste, a quaint surfer town, or even the restaurants on our beach of Playa Bejuco. Another 30 minutes the other direction on the highway gets you to Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park, one of the most impressive nature lover's paradise in Costa Rica. In either direction, you will find hidden gems of Tico living and things to see and do! Stay a month and you still will not run out of things to do within a 30 minute drive!
