"Serenity Blue" is an ideal condo located in Silver Beach Towers. Our newly renovated Gulf Front retreat is just an elevator ride down to the beach and beachfront pool. This location is perfect, central to great shopping, excellent restaurants, and a variety of activities for the kids.

The resort has its private beach. Effective 2024, the resort has a new beach service setup program. We have purchased the March through October beach set-up subscription, which includes two chaise lounge chairs and an umbrella, allowing our guests to rent beach set-ups at a 50% discount.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Summary: This condo is incredible. From top to bottom, everything is clean, elegantly styled, relaxed, beautiful, comfortable, stocked, easy, and very accommodating for our ladies group of four over 50 yo. The ease and elegance of it all was exactly what we all needed to feel relaxed and restored. Both the master and the second room felt like grand masters. Ceiling to floor ocean views will lull you to sleep and gently wake you in the morning. Likewise, the living room opens to panoramic ocean views. The ease of the parking, luggage carts, and door locks were appreciated. The building property is likewise well kept. The pools were in excellent shape, the elevators were responsive, and the beach… the BEACH was gorgeous!! Emerald, light blue, and teal spread across powder white sand. It doesn’t get any better!! Great spaces to wash the sand off, excellent beach service and rentals. It has it all. We were supremely impressed by the amount of forethought that went into our stay and will be a repeat renter!!
