This two-story dwelling exudes charm from the moment you drive up and see a long dark-brown railing fronting a balcony that runs the entire length of the second floor. The home’s façade is a sandy beige with mossy green accents. You’ll enter “Serenity by the Sea” through a door on the ground level into an open space, where, for a split second, an exhilarating wave of color will consume your field of vision from one of the bedrooms in front of you. Then you’ll feel compelled to look upward at the ceiling towering above both stories. Light shines down upon you from a window far above.
Once upstairs, find yourself in an inviting living room with a vaulted white wood ceiling and rich hardwood floors supporting two leather easy chairs and a plush sectional sofa. Imagine the nights you’ll spend here with your friends and family, curled up on the couch as the fire flickers in front of you and a favorite film plays on the flat screen Smart TV above the fireplace.
