With two living areas this home is spacious and airy providing plenty of space to enjoy your stay here in paradise. Cook up your catch of the day in the updated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, glass tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances.
This three bedroom Florida Keys vacation home is furnished with two Queen suites and 2 twin sized beds in the third room with all rooms allowing generous amounts of natural lighting. The custom bathrooms are adorned with glass tiles and updated fixtures.
Why spend your time indoors when you can be out on the water though, right? Serenity Bay features 60ft of dockage with a step-down kayak launch and seperate boat step-down. Bring your boat down and enjoy all that the Keys have to offer; whether you're fishing, snorkeling, wakeboarding, or just enjoying the ride, we can guarantee you'll never want to leave.
Enjoy a cold beverage by the water while the sun sets on another perfect day as you relax on the large paved outdoor patio area. This home features a large, fully fenced yard, perfect for the kids or your furry companions to roam.
There's plenty of parking out front of the home including; covered parking, room for your boat trailer, and then some! Bring the whole family down to enjoy this slice of paradise.
Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

“Nothing could be improved, this was perfect! I did notice, I accidentally took home a spoon from the kitchen drawer. I found it while unpacking (in my home) yesterday. I realize we are responsible for missing items. And I understand we will be charged for that spoon. I assume it’s something reasonable, like a few dollars? Thanks again! -Jordan”
