It's a quiet location ready for the fisherman or just to relax. 45 mins to Mackay or Proserpine, and an hour to Airlie Beach. Great bowls club, local pub and convenience store only 10 mins away. Boat ramp is 5 minutes. This house is ideal for multiple families to help share the costs and make it affordable for everyone. The lower floor of the house has the full bathroom and laundry plus 2 airconditioned bedrooms with built in robes, equipped with 2 queen beds upstairs is the lounge with a pull out sofa bed, dining room balcony and kitchen.
