Serenity in St. Augustine is a welcoming and calming sanctuary, perfect for a family getaway or a group of friends. Serenity in St Augustine features a large backyard with a pool, outdoor dining, a large kitchen, 2 living areas, a game room, 4 bedrooms, and 2 baths. This retreat is all conveniently located within walking distance to the St Augustine Amphitheater (1/2 mile) and a short drive to St. Augustine Beach and Downtown St. Augustine. Unwind and relax at Serenity in St. Augustine.
When you let yourself in our home with an electronic keypad, kick off your shoes and walk into your own calming oasis. To the right you will find a large dining area, but if you walk a few steps further into the home you'll be greeted with a large living room with fireplace and television. Our walkthrough kitchen connects the dining room to the breakfast nook. Off of the kitchen, you will find the laundry room and the spacious master suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom. To the right of living room you will find three guest rooms (queen, queen and two twin beds) and a full bathroom.
Off of the living room you will find an enclosed sunroom that has been transformed into an entertainment room featuring ping pong, foosball and a large screen television. Just outside of the game room you enter the backyard with a large pool. Spend the day lounging poolside or splashing around in the pool. All that fun got you hungry? Whip something delicious up on our grill and eat poolside at our outdoor dining table.
Our home is equipped with outdoor security cameras. One is overlooking our pool/backyard area and a doorbell camera. These are for the safety of our guests and our own peace of mind. Any tampering with these cameras is grounds for immediate eviction. There are no cameras inside the home. We also have a noise monitoring device inside the home to detect any excessive loud noise.

Summary: Our group of 6 adults had a great time at this lovely property! We flew in from CA on a red eye and the host was kind enough to let us check in early so we could rest, which was wonderful. The house was beautiful, really nicely decorated and squeaky clean. The yard was beautiful and we really enjoyed the little sitting area! Thanks so much, we will be back!
