Upon entering the condo, you will find a bright and airy atmosphere. The living room has a large plush couch with an adjoining day chair. Adjacent is the gourmet kitchen! This kitchen boasts gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two barstools, and a functional workstation for you to set up your home away from a home office. The dining table can accommodate up to four comfortably and there is an insertable sleeve to make the table bigger with extra chairs available. Off of the main living space, you will find a den, that has a couch and a Smart TV for you to kick back and relax after a long day by the pool.
The master bedroom awaits! This room offers a king-size bed with a private set of sliding glass doors leading out to the patio. Attached is the master bathroom, which has a large vanity and a giant walk-in shower with a grab rail for easy accessibility. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and offers plenty of space for your personal belongings. The second bathroom has a updated vanity with a shower/tub combo.
Through the sliding glass doors off the living room, you will find your outdoor oasis. The lanai has gorgeous views of all the mature landscaping and offers pure tranquility. There is outdoor dining table that can accommodate up to four comfortably, along with two outdoor chairs with a small table.
