Welcome to the perfect family-friendly lake house with a pool! Perched in a serene cove on Medina Lake, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath hidden gem provides all you need to enjoy a relaxing stay on the lake. There is a full kitchen, a living room, dining room, breakfast nook, and a wrap-around deck to relax on and enjoy the views. Please note: The water levels on Medina lake fluctuate throughout the year. The cove the home is located in is currently dry. Access to the public Medina Lake Park is just 3 minutes away. The Space The master bedroom features a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. One guestroom has a twin over full-sized bunk bed and the other guest bedroom features a queen bed. These rooms share a detached hallway bath. Guest Access Guests have access to 1 acre of land with mature trees, the pool and the entire lake house. There is plenty of space for parking on a large driveway.
