Positive: The ammenities and everything about the property was great
Negative: we had trouble getting in the door using they kap. we called the first time and was given the wrong code so we had to call back and get another code. once we got in the key pad stopped working and we was basically stuck in the house for the whole weekend because we was unable to lock the door. we contacted the owners and explained this to them but we didnt get any help. we had to use the garage to get in and out and costantly had to leave someone at the house when we did activities so the garage door could be manually closed. it was no garage clicker for the car. this caused us to leave a day early. it was supposed to be a family trip that got ruined by this. we ended up leaving out the garage and putting the garage on manual to leave
