Summary: Breakfast food not fresh, staff at reception at check in not friendly. We were asked to input our nationality into an IPad when checking in but UK / GB not an option. Heating was on quite high in the room, when I asked reception if we could change the temperature in the room as it was too warm to sleep they said only maintenance could do that and they weren’t available and we should sleep with the window open. With it being winter and very noisy outside sleeping with the window open did not make for a restful nights sleep. That being said the staff in the rooftop bar were very good and the view from the bar was amazing.
