Summary: Friendly reception at the desk. Pool area was a little dirty, but not too bad. Exterior area was a little dirty. Very convenient access to the overhead tram stop and to the Bayside tourist area. New construction of 100 story tall hotel behind so expect noise during work hours, but was a great view if you're a structural engineer, like me.
