This fully furnished, three bedroom, two bath home comfortably sleeps 6 people in King beds. One of the unique features of Manhattan Beach are pedestrian streets called the "walk streets." This home is on the 7th Street walk street. Downtown Manhattan Beach is a 5 minute stroll down The Strand (the boardwalk along the beach) where you have access to some of the best shopping and dining in Southern California. Want to venture beyond Manhattan Beach? Take a bike and peddle along the sand to Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Venice Beach, and Santa Monica.
Manhattan Beach is only 15 minutes from LAX and easily accessible to all the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Los Angeles.

Summary: The Glass House in Manhattan Beach goes down as one of our all-time favorite family vacation experiences. Property owners, JR and his wife Susan, are the most hospitable and friendly hosts you could ever encounter — beyond accommodating and a joy to work with … I could go on and on. Their property, which fronts the Pacific Ocean and an immaculate beach, is nothing short of stunning. Needless to say, it was comfortable, and provided the perfect perch for relaxing and unbeatable sunsets. The photos that you see here on Vrbo are 100% accurate, and even then they don’t quite do justice to the experience in person. I almost don’t want to disclose what a magical place Manhattan Beach is. I can’t help but feel I will see the locals/nearby residents in my memories years from now. The great thing is, I won’t have to conjure those acquaintances, as I expect to be back again very soon. I suppose I should also mention how conveniently located the Glass House is to all things Manhattan Beach and so many other Los Angeles area venues. We were always within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs and markets. If this sounds at all appealing or alluring to you, check it out. JR will do a much better job than I at selling you on the merits of this incomparable gem. Here’s hoping we get to return for many more unforgettable moments.
