Positive: Loved the location. Very quiet and private. There are a couple of very good restaurants near by - Tapaz and The Smiling Buffalo - and some very inexpensive local places as well. It's a 20 minute beach walk to the main tourist area -shops, laundry etc. The rooms were large and comfortable. There is extensive outdoor areas to enjoy and the private beach is very nice. The rooms are very clean. The staff are very nice. And there are friendly cats! Very good value for money.
Negative: Perhaps a little TLC would come in handy, but it's monsoon season atm and also it is an older resort.
Summary: Great value and secluded.
