This great condo has been newly painted and redecorated and is fully equipped for your next vacation in paradise.
The popular Selva Romantica complex enjoys a fantastic location in the Romantic Zone of Old Town Puerto Vallarta, a block from the cafe and restaurant lined Olas Altas, and 2 blocks from the famous Los Muertos Beach. You will be within walking distance to everything you may need to complete your vacation.
The Selva complex features a great infinity pool overlooking the town and bay, set in beautifully maintained gardens in and around the complex. Also featured is a sitting area under a large palapa roof and a full gym, as well as 24 hour security.
This 2 bedroom condo features a King bed in the Master bedroom with private ensuite bath, walk in closet, and a small balcony. The Guest bedroom features a King bed and its own bath next to it in the hallway.
The property features a well equiped kitchen and brand new furniture in the living area and a large balcony with sitting area for outdoor dining, plus a full size gas BBQ.
The unit also features a flat screen TV with Cable service, DVD, CD stereo, I-pod station, local phone and internet service. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Cleaning Services
Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $25.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
