As you pull up to our place, you'll be welcomed by a sleek, modern home with a crisp white exterior. The accommodation is located down underneath the home so you'll head through a gate to your cozy hideaway. Here, you'll be treated to picturesque views, a shared backyard, and a spacious, undercover patio – the perfect spot to savor the fresh Tasmanian air.
Slide open the large doors, and step into our open living space. It's where the kitchen, dining, laundry, and living area all come together. The generous windows flood the room with natural light, making it warm and inviting. It might be compact, but it's got everything you need for a great stay.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee pod machine for your morning caffeine fix and cooking facilities. Enjoy your meals at the two-seater dining table or relax in the living area on the comfy sofa while binge-watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV.

This accommodation sits underneath the main house. Please note children live here and will be playing in the adjoining backyard on occasion. The yard is the only shared facility of this property. Access to the unit is via the side gate and walkway. Please watch your step when making your way down here.
The Neighborhood
With well-manicured homes, recreational areas, peaceful streets and amenities at your doorstep, Prospect is quintessential suburbia. With grocery stores, pharmacies and shopping available at either Prospect Vale Marketplace or the Old Tudor complex, you will find all you need close by.
Prospect is home to the Silverdome, which is host to many local, interstate and international sporting events and concerts. The Country Club Casino is just a stone's throw away, providing you with easy access to the luscious golf course and horse riding for the family. The Kate Reed Reserve Mountain Bike Trails are located behind the Silverdome for those wishing to enjoy a network of single tracks close to the city.
Only 8 minutes from the city, it’s an easy drive to town. Here you will find many delicious cafés and restaurants, an array of shops and boutiques, a vast range of cocktail bars and pubs and many amenities and recreational spaces. The City Park is not to be missed, surrounded by beautiful oak tree gardens, you will find unique and fun experiences to enjoy such as train rides, a playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory, and cheeky snow monkeys.
Whilst in the CBD, make sure to visit the Cataract Gorge. A spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.
