Our charming country cottage has been renovated to enhance its character so that our customers can take advantage of their time with us.
Borrans cottage is the perfect country retreat for those who like to get out and about , we are a dog friendly retreat ( up to 2) so your furry friends are just as welcome as you.
Within minutes you are able to be in the heart of the Yorkshire dales and the three peaks is always a challenge. Wensleydale is just over the hill past the Ribblehead via-duct always well worth a visit , not forgetting the Cheese tasting at the creamery. The stunning Trough of Bowland is on the doorstep too. You can be in the picturesque Lake District within 40 minutes. Morecambe Bay is only 30 minutes away and so , so many more areas that are just waiting to be discovered by you.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Low Bentham! The property owners were very accommodating, offering us great local recommendations for a pub lunch, and advising us on our travel and taxi needs. They also kindly offered to set up a sofa bed for our extra guest - sadly, this wasn't done but it was an easy fix and was hardly enough to ruin our stay! The cottage itself is utterly charming, thoughtfully decorated and maintained, with supreme attention-to-detail. The owners thought of everything and even left detailed instructions on how to operate the heating, and a lovely selection of teas, coffees, and syrups for us to enjoy. We highly recommend this cosy cottage retreat!
