The SEIBAL property condo is located within the Vidanta Resort in Nuevo Vallarta. This location is only 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta’s International airport and 25 minutes from Downtown Puerto Vallarta. It is a condominium of only 2 buildings, with private gardens and a big peaceful swimming pool. There are pool lounge chairs and tables with chairs around the pool. You can bring food and drinks (plastic plates and cups) to enjoy the day. Pool towels provided with the concierge. Our apartment has: Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop and 3 chairs. It has a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, complete dishes and everything you need to cook and eat. Small laundry room with washer and dryer. Small service bedroom with one single bed and a full bathroom. Dining room with incredible lighting and a great view to the sea, a golf course, the beautiful pool and gardens. It has a big table and 8 chairs. Very bright living room with two large and comfortable sofas and a TV, with a beautiful view of the sea, a golf course, the pool and garden. Cosy terrace with two small tables and six chairs with a wonderful view of the sea, a golf course, the pool and the Vidanta Resort. From here you can enjoy the magnificent Vallarta sunsets. Master bedroom with a queensize bed, a sofa bed, two bedside tables, a cabinet with drawers and mirror, TV, a full bathroom and a walk-in closet. It has an amazing view to the sea, a golf course, the pool and gardens. Bedroom 2 with a queensize bed, a bedside table, a mirror and a closet. Bedroom 3 with two single bed, a sofa bed and a closet. Shared full bathroom. Wireless Internet service, central A/C, cable TV, ceiling fans, blackout curtains, covered parking, 24 hour security, concierge at your service. Towels and linens provided as well. Also, with the rental of this apartment, you can access the Vidanta Resort (Grand Mayan and Mayan Palace areas) to spend the day and use their pools, restaurants, gym, spa, golf course (for a small fee) and activities for the kids. If you wish to have access to Vidanta, you must pay the cost of a bracelet for 10 dollars per adult and 2.5 per children for the entire stay. Please let us know in advance. Free transportation in golf cart rides to go and back from Seibal to the Vidanta Resort available on demand with the concierge.
