SeeSea Waterfront Villa is an unique, recently renovated, beachfront townhouse located in Montego Bay's most prestigious gated community Lagoons. This exquisite villa offers it's own sandy beach overseeing Montego Bay. Spacious patio coupled with tropical garden creates private relaxing atmosphere. Large swimming pool is right outside of the house. In addition, guests have access to kids playground, 3 more pools, gym, tennis courts, 24 hour security, Hard Rock café beach. SeeSea Villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are upstairs and one bedroom is downstairs. BEDROOMS Master - One King Bed (private balcony with patio furniture overseeing ocean and Montego Bay) Bedroom 2 - Two Twin Beds (ideal for kids with pool view) Bedroom 3 - One Queen Bed (pool view) Bedroom 4 - One Queen Bed (ocean view) All bedrooms have AC and fans. Living room and master bedroom have Cable TV. Wi-fi is throughout the house. Our kitchen is fully equipped featuring stainless steel new appliances, gas stove and granite counter top. Our living room has its own pool table and a little library. Our dining table seats 8 and is conveniently located next to a bar outside on the veranda. We realize that all guests are different and seek various type of experiences, therefore Our base price that you see at the time of booking offers accommodation only and a helper (for those who booked after May 28, 2017) and a gardener. All extra services are offered separately at additional charge. On demand, we can organize a driver, food delivery, chef, daily helper, Jamaican breakfast, water activities, tours, personal training, massage. Please enquire for more information. Our staff lives close by and available to assist whenever needed. This is the best and safest gated community of Montego Bay. It is located in Freeport, a little (3 km long) peninsula surrounded by water. Freeport is a home of 2 all inclusive hotels (Secrets and Sunscape, both offer day/night passess at 70-120$ per person), Montego bay Cruiseship deck, Yacht Club, Shopping Village, You can walk to 5 restaraunts (7 to 20 min walk). Major shopping plaza with 2 grocery, pharmacy, 24 hr doctor, hardware store, mobile providers, banks, gas station, movie theater, bar, fast food and various dining options (Jamaican, Thai, Chinese, etc( is only 3 min away by car. Casino is 5 min drive away. The nearest beach is by Hard Rock café. at the moment guests have free access but it can change at any moment. Nearby attraction: Hip strip (with many shops and restaraunts and Famous dr cave and MargaritaVille). it is 7 min away by car. Pier1, seafood restaraunt and night club (wed and fri), Yachtclub (fishing trips and sunset cruises can be organize here) Secrets Hotel spa is one of the best in Montego bay and it is open to outside customers, $35 day passes offers unforgettable spa experience. Lagoons gated community is located In Freeport. It is 10-15 min away from Montego Bay international airport. Route taxi are available right outside of the gate or we can arrange a private driver. Please note this villa comfortably sleeps 8 people (take a look at rooms and beds sizes). However some guests have small kids or are ok sleeping on the couch (not a pullout bed) in the living room. in that case, we allow 2 extra people.
