Summary: 100% yes on staying here. Everything about the place and the owners was wonderful. You will read the same theme throughout the reviews and they are true. The studio is located in a quaint neighborhood on a hill with breathtaking views. Two of the walls are windows. I didn’t use the tv much because the view was spectacular. The place is super clean and I am a clean freak. You are less than 1/4 mile to a roundabout that puts you into town. I did a Pink Jeep tour and that is one mile away. Perfect location. The people who own it are wonderful. You will deal with Kevin online. Very responsive. You will probably meet Mark and Darcy at the property. One of the houses is an art museum. I will let Mark tell you about it when you stay. Mark gave me a tour of the property and local area. He showed me little shortcuts and place to park to avoid crowds. He also gave me great info on hikes and what to do. This place is special. From the wonderful windows you will also enjoy some wildlife. This place is good for a solo traveler like me or a couple. I felt very safe there. Mark is a gem! I can’t stress enough what a cool place this is. I hope I am lucky enough to come back. Love, love, love Sedona and this studio. There is also a second studio on the property I didn’t see in Vrbo, so if this one is booked - look or contact the hosts. Everything is very close. Have a blast!
