Welcome to Sedona Sunset Ranch! Views! Views! Views! Sedona Sunset Ranch is a beautiful cabin style single family home located in West Sedona. The home is located on 2.5 acres, in a quiet neighborhood. It has 4 +1 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a game room, 2 living rooms, 2 fire places, heated pool (at no extra cost), hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ. Great for multiple families The backyard patio has gorgeous views of the sunset and red rock mountains. There is plenty of seating to sit and relax! SPACE: The home is split level with 3 floors: The upstairs: has a huge master bedroom with newly updated master bathroom. It has a very comfortable king bed, along with a queen pullout couch. Enjoy your morning coffee on the master bedroom patio! The main level: has a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, with a six burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes, cookware, utensils - everything you will need to make your stay very comfortable. There is also 1 bedroom and one full bathroom on the main floor. It has 2 sitting areas, one with a pullout couch, a large dining room, and plenty of seating. The lower level: there are 2 additional bedrooms and another full bathroom downstairs, along with a game room. One bedroom room has a queen bed and another has a full bed and a single bed. Backyard: Has gorgeous views, a heated pool, 6 person hot tub, BBQ, fir pit, and plenty of seating for everyone. The home is located on a large 2.5 acres! GUEST ACCESS: You have access to the entire property, except the RV Garage Studio to the left side of the house. It is currently rented to a long term tenant. It is located further back from the property and has its own entrance from the main house so both places have their privacy and their own space. GUEST INTERACTION: We offer you your privacy with a digital lock check-in. However, we are available for you anytime by phone, VRBO app, or by email for any questions you may have. ADDITIONAL NOTES: The home is located in quiet West Sedona neighborhood. Although most homes in the area are built on over 2 acres of land and you will have nice privacy, please note that we do have neighbors and out of courtesy to them, we do not allow any form of parties. You are minutes drive to Safeway, Whole Foods, and many restaurants and coffee shops.
