You will cross the front courtyard to enter the home through the front door. You will then step directly into the main great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area — all with attractive flooring throughout. Living Room: Filled with comfortable contemporary furnishings and a 55” Smart TV with cable. Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the utensils needed for your homemade meals, stainless steel appliances including a gas range with a center griddle, spacious counters, and a skylight that will flood the area with natural light. Dining Area: The dining area offers a wood dining table with cushion chairs and bench seating for up to seven diners. Bonus Room: Spacious room with a cozy sitting area, a fun ping pong table and access to the spacious backyard.
