It is an ample villa with good quality vintage furniture. New kithen with dishwasher. This villa is appreciated by travelers wanting peace and privacy, because the space and that enormous garden.
Large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture with views to the garden. There is also a roof with spectacular views to Puerto, Teide Peak and the sea. The house is situated on La Dehesa area, and to get to the house you must use a 240 metres Paved road and also a not paved road section. The house has fibre wifi. Private parking. This house offers great independence, but it is only a few minutes driving to the beach and the centre of Puerto de la Cruz.

Summary: As many others have stated, this is a very peaceful location. Despite being in Puerto de la Cruz, the only thing you can hear in the distance are some cockerels. A hire car is recommended. And last but not least a big thank you to Laura who was very helpful and answering all of my questions very quickly.
