On stepping through the entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beach-y tones, the quality of this home is instantly apparent. The sliding doors and windows at the rear of the home provide spectacular waterfront views everywhere you look and flood the home with natural light. The Kitchen has been finished with white cabinets and designer worktops. Stainless steel appliances including wall oven + microwave + separate cooktop complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks.
The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, smart TV for internet TV and views of the canal.
