We are proud to present this luxurious semi-detached property that has been a newly renovated homestead with an undercover well-appointed alfresco kitchen area adjoining.
This great renovation boasts a raked high ceiling living area with the original beams kept, and beautiful dark flooring. This is a waterfront property stretching 1 km of private beach situated on the beautiful East Coast of Tasmania, for you to explore and to feel the soft and squeaky sand between your toes.
Just a short stroll through the cleared property to the beach… past your own lagoon where you can throw in a fishing line and possibly catch a trout while sitting in the sun on a little plat formed jetty that the owner has built for that extra leisure time. The natural surroundings are home to numerous wildlife….see the wallabies at night quietly doing the lawn mowing, and the echidnas wandering during the day, maybe a sea eagle looking for the next meal.
The newly built property draws you into a voluminous layout for that most deserved relaxing holiday. Stay toasty warm with 2 heat pumps throughout, to keep you snuggly warm on those cold days. The property has Wifi.
The well designed kitchen is a stunner, presenting a huge bench space in a beautiful stone, complimented by a dishwasher..but the special surprise comprises of an amazing massive Butler’s Pantry with well-appointed appliances and elegant fittings. This all leads into the open plan living, with the ambiance of old and the modern contemporary.

There are 2 beautifully appointed tiled bathrooms, one of which has a freestanding bath to soak up a little luxury and a separate shower. Enjoy a BBQ on the choice of 2 decks, and light a fire in the fire pit provided…sit back with that fine wine, as time and worries of the rest of the world will melt away as you are captured by the serenity of this beautiful location.
