Beginning with the main house, you'll find a sunlit great room with a vaulted ceiling and skylights, a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table, and an open living area with plush leather furniture, a warming pellet stove, and a flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
The detached guest studio opens out to a furnished deck overlooking the river and includes a mini-fridge, microwave, TV, and a desk and chair for remote work or schooling. Also on-site, there's a cozy and very private yoga hut with a twin sofa bed - perfect for those guests who need a little quiet time to relax or catch up on some reading. This property also has a gas grill, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a firepit for fun nighttime meetups.
You will be just steps from the Smith River for world-class salmon and steelhead fishing. Additional must-see attractions include Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park, Stout Grove, Trees of Mystery, and of course miles of breathtaking California coastline.
