2 large bedrooms upstairs plus 1 large downstairs bedroom all ensuite and decorated to a high standard.
There is a downstairs bathroom and a Utility Room off.
The buildings which includes a large open barn, encompass a suntrapped courtyard leading to the grounds that includes a high grade11 x 5 meter Pebbletec pool completed last year that is set in the hillside. A Japanese garden where you can enjoy watching the koi in the lovely pond and watch the sunset with a glass of wine in your hand and view the stars through a telescope.
There is addition, two barbecue cooking and eating areas, one in the courtyard and a ranch style firepit in the Japanese Garden.
