This private, charming, restored home is decorated in the style of a chic, french country cottage.
While historic, this two bedroom, one and a half bath home has all the modern amenities that you could want including a fully equipped modern kitchen, cozy combined dining & living area, high speed internet, smart TV and a stack washer & dryer. The bedrooms, both located on the 2nd floor are each furnished with a queen bed and luxurious linens. Charlotte Street Cottage has one parking space located at the back of the property.
Just a block to Meeting Street and Marion Square, Charleston's 6+ acre public park and that includes green space, walking trails, and a fountain and is home to Charleston's local Farmers Market. Charlotte Street Cottage is just steps away from shops, dining, entertainment and numerous other walkable amenities, including the South Carolina Aquarium, Galliard Center and the King Street Shopping District.
The area of Charleston's early Wraggborough neighborhood was owned and named for Joseph Wragg, the father of many children, each of which had a street named for them in the original layout of Charleston, and this is how Charlotte Street gets its name. In the area directly around Charlotte Street Cottage you will find all of the other sibling's streets including Mary Street, Ann Street, Henrietta Street, Judith Street and John Street, as well as Wragg Square, at the corner of Charlotte & Meeting Street.
Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
