The Villa has 4 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms for parties of 8. There is also another bedroom downstairs with 4 bunk beds for total of 12 guests; or if you have 12 adults we can utilize the 2 bedrooms in the Mango House with queen beds. If you are hosting a celebration or reunion during your vacation we can assist with that! There are 2 infinity edge swimming pools, so if you enjoy the water, you will be in paradise. And to end your day, you might choose to sit around the firepit on the beach and enjoy the fading light that leads to thousands of stars in the night sky and fragrances from the gardens. Our excellent cooks are included and will prepare your favorite breakfast, lunch AND dinner (3 meals a day) or an island favorite for your entire group on the brand new appliances or the new Weber gas grill on the deck. Our staff also provides daily cleaning, so you can truly enjoy your vacation. You just let us know what you want to eat and drink, and we deliver it before you arrive. We provide sample menus prior to your stay, but you are welcome to choose from that or send us your requests. SPRINGWATER VILLA is a private retreat with full amenities surrounded by tropical gardens, sandy beaches, and many relaxing palapas, hammocks, swing beds by the ocean, chairs, umbrellas and sun decks. The tropically inspired villa has a fully equipped and updated gourmet kitchen, patios, decks, a screened in sun room/sitting area, hammocks, and unique bedrooms with new quality bedding to suit your taste. In the main building, two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, the master suite boasts an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a lovely private deck with chairs overlooking the ocean. All bedrooms have AC, a ceiling fan, and plenty of closet storage and hangars for your clothes. Each bathroom has amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream. The Villa has a complete, pleasant staff and on-property managers that provide full concierge services and can show you the island, take you on a hike or shopping, and can take you on boat rides through the mangroves or to a secluded island for snorkeling. (Some of these services are at an additional cost) Included at no additional charge with the villa are daily cooking and cleanup, cable and streaming channels on the large 4K TV, book, game and DVD selections, Wi-fi, snorkel gear, kayaks, life jackets, and pool toys. Catering services are included. Guests will only need to pay for the groceries they ask for - according to the menus you have chosen, and as part of our concierge services we do the grocery shopping for you. At the end of your stay we present the bill for the groceries and beverages you asked for, and you pay for those with a credit card at the villa. Pangea Dive shop is a 3 minute walk from the property, where Springwater guests receive the locals rate for dive/snorkel trips. There is plenty to do in the east end of the island, on Camp Bay Beach - the longest, most pristine beach on the island - without the constant barrage of vendors that you will see at West End/West Bay. There are fun things to do in the area for all ages, and many places to visit for recreation, relaxation, history, hiking and sightseeing. Springwater Villa wants our guests to feel safe and practices numerous sanitization methods prior to and during your stay. Before you arrive the entire unit is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, where major touchpoints in the unit receive extra attention. Precautions are in place to minimize germs by use of an ozone purification machine, and all staff will be practicing proven safety methods. We also use an enhanced water purification system and a have a backup generator. Safety features include deadbolt locks, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in every bedroom, fire extinguishers throughout the house, and exterior lighting. While we have made every effort to make the property as safe as possible, it is not appropriate for babies or children under two years old. Update on June 9, 2021: Honduras no longer requires a negative test for US citizens if they have been fully vaccinated for 14 days. However, the US government is requiring that travelers arriving to the USA from a foreign country will need to get a negative Rapid or PCR Covid test within 72 hours of their arrival. There are several options for the Covid tests on the island where the costs for the rapid tests are $50-75 per person (PCR are higher) and test results will be provided the same day. Our staff will let you know in advance the expected costs and when the tests will take place, and discuss travel arrangements to the clinic.
