Year round, the area offers a little something special for everyone…great fishing, watersports, nature, seclusion, incredible sunsets, starry skies, a winter wonderland, snowmobile/ATV/hiking/biking trails, and wildlife at every corner. Whether you’re visiting for snowmobiling or waterskiing, hiking/biking or sight-seeing, cross country skiing or dog sled racing, or…just to get away, the Land O Lakes region offers it all. This entirely secluded 5-acre wooded property features over 400 feet of lake frontage with incredible western-facing lakefront sunsets from a private permanent pier and year-round sporting options for anyone willing to explore. The main cabin includes 2 full bedrooms (both with king beds) plus an unfinished basement with a queen bed and a twin bed (sleeps a total of 7) plus the option of adding 3 more twin beds. One full bathroom on the main level plus a ½ bathroom in the unfinished basement. The main level has just been renovated with new floors/trim, and all new appliances (oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, 55” flat screen Roku Smart TV with DirectTV cable). Additionally, there is garage parking for 2 cars. Located just 5 miles west of Land O Lakes, Wisconsin, you will be close enough to great restaurants and nighttime entertainment but far enough if you want to be. The town of Land O Lakes is located right on Wisconsin’s border with Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and it’s a hidden gem. Art galleries, century old lodges and restaurants, pubs, antique shops, year round festivals...it has a little of everything. Two world class ski resorts are within a 1 hour drive (Ski Brule and Big Snow) and the area offers some of the best trails for cross country skiing and snowmobiling in the country.
