Seaward Lane Beach House is a brand new home built in the enclave called Town of Seaside between Mount Coolum and Marcoola. The home offers seven ensuited bedrooms and accommodates up to fourteen guests.The uniquely designed rooms ensure each guest has their own private space so no shared bathrooms. Beautiful Hampton style finishes, furniture, oak timber floors and central atrium create wonderful light filled rooms that overlook the park. An easy stroll to the beach, local cafes, parks and local shopping centre make this the perfect holiday home for a big family or group of friends. Guests from around the world can spend days poolside sipping cocktails made in their own designer Bar, playing pool, dining at the gorgeous 10 seater dining table, or relaxing amongst the tree tops on the balcony sitting listening to the ocean. Children can enjoy all the outdoor activities together with the latest in gaming with Nintendo, Playstation and Netflix. ACCOMMODATION There are two levels to this home with a single entry but two separate access doors to the top floor and bottom floor of the home. This effectively is two complete homes on top of each other. They are a mirror of each other except that the top floor has an additional bedroom, bathroom, media room, games room and bar with a pool table. This unique floor plan creates an opportunity to be rented separately in the off peak seasons but gives large family group individual spaces whilst providing a single large home big enough for everyone to enjoy. GROUND Floor apartment - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen with butler’s pantry, lounge, dining room, study nook, covered deck overlooking the park and solar heated swimming pool. -Master bedroom - with ensuite & free standing bath - king bed plus smart TV -Bedroom 2 - with ensuite - king bed -Bedroom 3 - with ensuite - 2 king singles TOP Floor apartment - 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, full kitchen with butler’s pantry, lounge, dining room room with 10 seater table, study nook, media/games room with pool table and bar, covered deck overlooking the park & another on the northern side. -Master bedroom - with ensuite & free standing bath - king bed plus smart TV -Bedroom 2 - with ensuite - king bed -Bedroom 3 - with ensuite - 2 king singles -Bedroom 4 - with ensuite - 2 king singles KITCHENS Both kitchens are the same, functional and beautiful with stone top benches, Hampton finishes, top quality appliances including 900 Induction cooktop and 900 Oven, Nespresso Coffee machine, fully equipped breakfast bar and butlers pantries. LIVING AND DINING ROOMS Both apartments share the same open plan design for the kitchen, dining room and lounge areas. Beautiful hand crafted oak dining tables on each level with seating for eight. The living spaces have comfy couches and there are big sliding doors to take you out to the covered decks. Both decks overlook the little park and there is an outdoor dining setting & BBQ on each deck. The top floor apartment has the additional games/media room with pool table and bar. The pool is located on the ground floor and has a lovely big deck with direct access to the park. Please note – regarding Covid Lockdowns : Should there be a lockdown of borders to QLD or travel restrictions come into place- guests would still be booking under the third party’s cancellation policy as per the listing description. We have had a tremendous amount of cancellations since Covid started with major loss of income to owners and they have unfortunately had to make touch decision regarding future bookings.
