The spacious living area has stunning views over the waterway, Smart TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi, DVD, Foxtel provided and beautiful timber floorboards. The dining area opens out onto another undercover outdoor area with dining facilities, there is also a quiet sitting area where you can take in the stunning view or sit back and relax into your favourite book. The property also provides a separate area fitted with gas BBQ facilities.
This property features three spacious carpeted bedrooms with the main having a split system air conditioner, TV, walk in robe, ensuite with shower, toilet, vanity, and access to the back verandah. The main bathroom is stylish and includes a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet located in the laundry. The laundry also has a top loader washing machine and dryer located in the double garage along with a wall clothesline.
