Summary: This apartment offers a fantastic, walkable location and a very responsive host, which are definite pluses. The building staff is also great. However, be aware that the apartment is situated next to a heavily trafficked street, and the lack of soundproof windows means nighttime can be a bit challenging due to noise. Additionally, accessing the rooftop or gym requires a trip to the lobby to have the front desk scan their elevator access card, adding an extra step.
