Positive: The apartment is in a great location with stunning views from the balcony. The welcome was so warm and friendly we immediately felt at home. Gorgeous touches like sweets and lemonade for the children in the fridge and wine for us was an unexpected treat. So much knowledge of the island was shared which meant we got to explore lesser known spots. The children were welcomed to enjoy the family’s pet tortoises. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Nothing was too much for our hosts, helping to arrange for my son to play tennis and baking for us when my daughter was ill. They really do deserve super host status! I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
Negative: We loved absolutely everything the only thing to note is the apartment is on a steep hill so you may need to consider this if you have mobility issues. This was not a problem at all for us and our 3 children the youngest was 4.
