Summary: Great location to many local establishments. Very convenient Safeway grocery store, Starbucks, and dine in restaurants within walking distance. I wish we would have known better about the parking situation with this property. There is a very steep slope to get to the garage from the street and would only fit very small to compact cars. Street parking is difficult to find as the neighbors have reserved most of the parking. Loved mostly everything about this property except for the parking.
