The views from the spacious living area and kitchen are to die for! Open the big balcony doors and you sound like you're on the beach!
The master bedroom offers a comfy King sized bed and the second/third bedrooms have a Queen bed. All linen and towels are supplied for your stay.

This renovated beach house has a well appointed kitchen with island bench, Gas Cooktop and Electric Oven, Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine, Dishwasher and Island Bench.
Huge living area with amazing views, large leather couch, 65" flat screen TV.
Three spacious bedrooms, two with ocean views.

Apollo Bay is a gorgeous seaside village with great cafes, restaurants and beaches.
This little gem is so close to everything.
The beach is 50m across the road and town is an easy 10 minute walk along the beachside walking track.
Arrival is from 3pm. Departure is by 10am unless arranged prior with management.
Early arrival and late departure incur a fee of $50 per hour.
The property is strictly non-smoking. A $750 fine will apply for smoking inside.
All guests are to be booked and paid for including children sleeping in beds.
There is a strict no-party and schoolies policy.
Please consider your neighbours, keep noise down after 10pm and be mindful that the property is located in a residential area.
All dogs are to be house trained and well behaved.
Dog poo is to be picked up and disposed in red wheelie bin.
Please leave property in neat and tidy condition. Dishes are to washed, dried and packed away OR dishwasher set to washing on departure. Lights, Electric Blankets and Heating turned off. Doors locked. Additional fees may apply if not.
