This gorgeous Seasons Penthouse offers the size and privacy of a luxury waterfront home with the incredible amenities of the Seasons: private huge beach, heated pool and hot tub, fitness center, retreat center, private marina with boat slip and a short walk to all the amenities of downtown Sandpoint.
This top floor corner unit is located in building 2 and has been completely remodeled with all new furnishings and a large, gourmet kitchen. Park underground and take the elevator to the third floor. This corner penthouse is ideal for couples, families, multi-generational families, mobility impaired travelers and those that really appreciate an exceptionally appointed, luxury stay.
The main level has two bedrooms (King bed with access door to full bathroom) and a Francis Lofts custom full-sized bunk bed in the guest bedroom. Gourmet kitchen is fantastically appointed with commerical quality appliances, small appliances and everything you'd need to enjoy cooking and entertaining. Living room, dining room and kitchen all face Lake Pend Oreille where epic sunrises greet you each morning. A large deck with 'L' shaped sofa, plus additional chairs are ideal for outdoor relaxation and taking in the incredible lake, beach, panoramic mountain and marina views. Marina slip included with summer rentals (June through the 3rd weekend of September - contact manager for details). Laundry room, plus separate desk alcove (high speed fiber internet of course) complete the main floor.
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, plus a separated family room. The primary bedroom in suite offers King bed with luxury linens and fabulous lake views. An additional guest bedroom with King bed and luxury linens. Secondary family room upstairs offers a quiet enclosed sanctuary for enjoying movie night on the large sectional or playing hours of retro video games on the PacMan + many other arcade game table.
Seasons at Sandpoint is a luxury private resort community. Located on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille, Seasons espouses lakefront living. A massive beach, private marina with boat slip, Retreat Center providing morning coffee / tea and newspapers, Wildflower Spa (3rd floor of Retreat), private heated pool and hot tub, fitness room, yoga room and ping pong table. The Pend Oreille Bay Trail is a flat nearly 2 mile trail located at the North endof Seasons at Sandpoint Building #8.
**NOTE: Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later),the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
