This beautiful one bedroom one bathroom oceanside villa is perfect for you and your family. It is located on the third floor and sleeps six people. This unit is located in the south forest beach area. It has beautiful ocean views from the balcony. This unit has all the comforts of home including a full kitchen. Located in this unit is a queen bed with 2 bunkbeds and a pull out couch. Unit 311 is only a few minutes walk from Coligny plaza. There are so many fun things to do in this plaza. Also this unit is located right on the beach. All you have to do is load up your stuff and walk out the back door to the beach. In Seaside Villas there is a luxurious pool with plenty of chairs , tables, and lounge chairs. This is a perfect vacation spot for you and your family. Community has a No Pet policy! Also this unit is a non Smoking Unit.
