Villa Dinos is a seaside house 1,5 kilometers south of Gaios on the road to Mongonissi. The house sits in a large plot divided by the road into an upper and lower garden. A custom built ladder leads down from the seaside garden to sea level on the flat rocks below, a virtually private access to the sea.
Villa Dinos is situated on 3 levels in the upper garden and is approached by steps, a footpath and a driveway. The interior is 156 m2 with an added terrace, pergola, pool and pool deck on level 2, a small terrace on level 1 and a larger terrace on level 3. The house features inside and outside dining and sitting and air-conditioning in all rooms.

Six sunbeds and small tables are arranged around the pool deck which also has an outdoor shower. The pool measures 10 x 4,50 m.
The lower garden features two covered pergolas with chairs, tables and 6 sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a stone bar counter, marble sink and refrigerator in pergola 1.
