2023 Construction Notice - The Spoonbill condominium building will be in the process of roof and elevator replacement during October and earlier November 2023.
During the renovation period, work will commence during the weekdays. As a result, there will be some construction noise. While the elevator is being replaced, there will be NO elevator access and stairs will need to be used. Please note, the parking garage is under the building, so stairs are needed to get to any condo in the building. There are no timeframe guarantees and there is nothing we can do to prevent a delayed timeline should work take longer than expected.
If you still plan to visit Spoonbill during this timeframe, we are most happy to host you, but we will not be able to offer any discounts should the building work be going on during your stay or there is no elevator access. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
