Positive: Great location near the beach and walking path into town. The house could sleep a lot of people. Ducted heating for winter was great.
Negative: It was expensive for an older, quirky property compared with a modern beach house and with more expectations on guests to clean up (strip the beds, put the bins out) than average.
Summary: Good location and comfortable but not the best value for money in town.
