The house is situated near the end of a private, dead-end street with panoramic views of Almy Creek. Public beach access is walking distance away. Also minutes away are Fogland Beach (1mi), Sakonnet Vineyards (1mi), Tiverton Four Corners (2mi) and many local farm stands.
The house has four bedrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor has a Queen beds, ensuite full bathroom, smart TV and sweeping views. A second bedroom on the first floor also has a Queen bed, smart TV, and a slider out to the deck. The third and fourth bedrooms are also on the first floor; one has a Full bed, and the other has a set of triple bunk beds.
The screened in porch located off the kitchen has seating for eight. Enjoy long dinners as you marvel at Mother Nature's show every evening. This room has a propane heater for year round enjoyment. Also for hours of family fun head over to the converted garage game room with ping-pong, foosball, and darts.
