Positive: Very clean, great location.
Negative: No way to control the heating other than dialling each radiator, hard bed, hanging plug extensions, crazy TV size- this is not a space you are going to linger in so it doesn't seem worth it. The main front door sticks so other residents slam it which shakes the whole flat.
Summary: Clean, Great Location, but definitely not luxury!
