Gulf front and out of this world, FRONT ROW is a 5 bedroom/ 6 bath beach house that has everything you could possibly need to enjoy all that the town of Seaside has to offer - and all from the FRONT ROW! As one of Seaside's three large picturesque cottages along the panhandle, FRONT ROW offers luxuries like a private hot tub, beach access, flat screen TV's in every bedroom & bathroom, and mid-week maid service! Front Row is right across the street from the Seaside square. Ideal location! As you enter Front Row you'll find 3 rooms and the laundry room on the main level. The first queen guest room offers beautiful decor, flat screen TV, and designer private bath. The bunk room is also on this level and sleeps 3 in twin bunks with private shower/bath combo. The media room/guest room offers twins (sleeps 2), a flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD and Playstation 3. The screened-in porch finishes off the main level of Front Row and is perfect for enjoying the sea air or granting you easy access to the beach. Don't feel like climbing the hardwood take the elevator up to the 2nd level. There you will find the king master retreat with large walk-in closet, designer bathroom with intricate tile detail, a steam shower, stand-alone porcelain tub, and a flat screen TV. French doors take you out to a 600 sq ft private balcony with your own private hot tub! Keep the doors open at night and enjoy being lulled to sleep by the sound of the lapping ocean water. You'll find the final guestroom with queen bed, private bath, and flat screen TV before heading up to the 3rd floor. The top floor boasts gorgeous living areas, a gourmet kitchen with bar (seats 4), stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, dining area (seats 8), living area with fireplace, wet bar, and flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD. The 3rd floor balcony is where you'll enjoy grilling out on a gas grill or sipping on a cocktail after a long day at the beach! FRONT ROW is the house you stay at when you want the ultimate Seaside beach experience. *Please note we automatically include the cost of swim and fitness passes to our Seaside reservations. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals and listed as part of the “resort fee” in VRBO’s cost breakdown. The cost for this cottage is $110/day.
