3 Bedroom House in Dunsborough

Ariyana is a pet friendly double storey home with a parents retreat upstairs. Property is located in the older part of Dunsborough.
Only 5mins walk from the Dunn Bay swimming beach, makes for a perfect seaside escape. An easy walk along the foreshore takes you to the town centre, cafes, bars, restaurants, and other amenities.
Accommodation is a lovely place to relax in front of the fireplace or venture out and explore our beautiful Southwest beaches, wineries and restaurants.
House has two living areas and 3 bedrooms and is suitable for 6 adults or a family group with 4 adults and 4 children.
The upstairs area has water views and a generous main bedroom with a private ensuite. There is also a separate sitting area upstairs with a mini-bar fridge and sink.
Two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a separate toilet. One bedroom has a queen bed with double doors that open onto the patio area, and the other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.
Open plan dining, living, and kitchen area opens out onto patio and garden through double timber doors. Outdoors, there is a table with chairs and a BBQ.
It is a fantastic location to stay while you enjoy the local beach environment or explore the region’s internationally renowned wineries, boutique breweries, and the stunning coastline. The location provides convenient access to walking and bike trails that lead to Castle Rock and Bunker Bay.
Undercover parking is available in the double garage, with a 3rd parking bay in front of the house.
Early check-in / late check-out available on request.
Linen fees include bed linen, bath towels, kitchen tea towels, and bed preparation. Please BYO beach towels, personnel toiletries, extra toilet paper, etc. as only a starter pack is provided.
