Located on the bayfront of Bradenton Beach, Seaside Cottage offers a relaxing place to call home during your island retreat.
This charming first floor home features a bedroom with a queen sized bed and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.
Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home including an eat in kitchen and furnished patio with views of the Bay.
The home features and outdoor patio with patio chairs and a dock for fishing or securing a boat.
Enjoy the proximity to the entertainment, dining and shopping of Bridge Street, just a few blocks away. The Gulf beaches are four blocks from your door. Hop on the free island trolley and explore the seven mile stretch of Anna Maria.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

The home does not have central air conditioning or heating but has window units to keep the interior cool and space heaters are also provided for use during colder weather.
Due to the kitchen size, the home does not have a dishwasher or garbage disposal.
The laundry room is located at a property next door and is shared between the three units.
The dock is shared between the other unit which is occupied by a long-term tenant.
